EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
At sophiakhanatelier.com, our customers are our first priority. Please see our easy exchange policy below. Alternatively, our customer care team can facilitate you at each step if you wish to exchange your purchased item(s).
Eligibility
Any article purchased online, can be exchanged within 7 days, once the article has been delivered, given that the customer has proof of purchase.
Please note that articles purchased on discount or on sale are not eligible for exchange.
Proof of Purchase
This includes either a receipt or the online order confirmation email.
Conditions for Exchange
Articles are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition, and the original invoice is present. You will be required to share proof if you have received an article that is defective, in the wrong size, or incorrect.
Online Exchange Process
Please contact our customer service department by emailing us at sophiakhanatelier@gmail.com or call us at +92 321 4539470. Provide all the required information to our representative, and if all the conditions of the exchange are met, we will schedule the pick-up from your doorstep.
It usually takes 7-10 days to complete the online exchange process after it has been verified.
RETURN POLICY
If you need to return an item, please follow our return policy:
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item(s) must be unused and have all tags intact.
- Please provide proof of your order, such as an order invoice or order confirmation email.
- Returns are accepted only if incorrect or damaged items were delivered.
