Q1. How long is your delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is 2-3 weeks locally and 4-6 weeks internationally. 

Q2. Do you offer exchange?
Yes, we offer exchange within 7 days of purchase.

Q3. Once an order is placed, can we cancel it? 
In case of cancellation please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist you.

Q4. Are there any shipping cost?
Yes. Locally a standard delivery charge of Rs.300/- is added, International charges vary as per the country. 

Q5. How can I track my order? 
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking code.

Global Delivery Charges: Dependent on the country of delivery.
